The $2.6B New St. Paul’s Hospital is a 2 million-square-foot academic health sciences campus designed to bring acute care, research, teaching, and community health services together in one highly integrated environment. The 548-bed hospital includes emergency, surgical and interventional services, critical care, maternal-newborn care, mental health, and community programs.

As FF&E consultant, OneEQ is working with Providence Health Care, PCL and HDR on managing the planning and coordination of thousands of equipment assets across a complex, multi-stakeholder program, aligning clinical requirements with design, infrastructure, budget, procurement, and delivery. This program-wide approach helps maintain consistency and accountability across an exceptionally large FF&E scope—reducing coordination risk and ensuring equipment decisions support the operational, research, teaching, and technology needs of the future hospital.
