The CAMH Phase 1C Redevelopment delivered 655,000 square feet of specialized mental health, ambulatory, research, education, and emergency care environments, including 235 inpatient beds and the relocation of CAMH’s emergency department to the Queen Street campus.

As FF&E consultant, OneEQ managed equipment planning, procurement, and transition coordination across environments with unique behavioral health, safety, security, and operational requirements. By aligning equipment selections and implementation strategies with clinical workflows, patient-centered care objectives, and the specialized needs of mental health settings, OneEQ helped ensure the FF&E program supported both a safe therapeutic environment and the complex operational demands of inpatient, ambulatory, research, and educational functions.
