COORDINATED PROJECT DELIVERY
We know that everything comes down to our ability to deliver our solutions in a holistic, integrated way. That’s why OneEQ offers an in-house BIM team that is proficient in multiple formats for seamless coordination with architects, contractors, and MEP consultants.
We generate our BIM models to LOD 300 with comprehensive parameters and fully integrate Attania database information for QC coordination. Our distributed production systems optimize efficiency and minimize latency, and we accommodate all existing standards or establish our own.
Ours is a comprehensive approach that encompasses BIM, VDC, data management, and technology integration from concept through delivery.
PROCUREMENT COORDINATION
We play an active role across the full procurement lifecycle. From strategy development through award, delivery and closeout, we align our approach with the project delivery model (Alliance, IPD, DB, Progressive DB) to ensure consistency with commercial, schedule, and risk objectives.
Our integrated systems help ensure control of cost, schedule, and risk. It’s a full-service approach that includes procurement planning and packaging, long-lead identification, expediting, contract administration, and delivery logistics.
